Meet The Team

Our team is made up of experienced engineers and skilled operators with a hands-on approach to every project. With years of industry experience, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work across drilling, servicing, and maintenance.

Jonathan Hall

Jonathon has been working in the drilling industry for over 20 years, with a huge range of experience from Mineral exploration and site investigation to large scale water well drilling projects.

Major projects include the Thames Water NLARS and SLARS borehole drilling and development and Thames Tideway Tunnel.

Chris Hall

Chris has over 20 years field experience across the drilling industry.

Starting in Site investigation, Chris has worked on a huge range of projects throughout the UK.

Major projects include the Islington Square, Victoria Centre and Southwark geothermal District Heating Schemes.

Lenny Thompson

Lenny is new to the drilling industry, but is rapidly gaining skills and experience. Lenny has worked on the Queens Walk Development and Essex and Suffolk Water Projects.

Steve Bellamy

Steve has been working in the Drilling industry for over 40 years, covering everything from large scale exploration projects to public water supply infrastructure.

Major projects include the Second Severn Crossing, Southwark Geothermal District Heating Project and many large scale public water supply projects.

James Wilkes

James has 3 decades of experience in the UK drilling industry, working across the Uk on many varied projects. James has concentrated on water supply throughout his career and is well versed in Pump testing and installation.

Notable projects include the Lincolnshire Herbs and Gloucestershire Tri Service large scale geothermal projects and the Loch Level Public water supply project.

Duncan Bellamy

Duncan has over three decades of experience across the UK drilling industry. Specialising in Pump installation, inverter and PLC programming, borehole rehabilitation and test pumping projects.

Projects include Nottingham University Hospitals Water supply upgrade, including the rehabilitation of the existing supply boreholes and the installation of new pumping and control systems.
